The scalloped bowl is a sustainably made functional piece of art.

Hand built and crafted from paper clay - a mix of recycled paper pulp and clay powder to create a durable material. Air dried under the suns rays, the material takes on a solid sculptural form with a textured appearance. Hand painted with water based paint and finished with a protective water resistant coating of food safe natural varnish. This bowl has

Our Process

Paper pulp is moulded into shape and left to air dry under the sun's rays. As it dries, the material transforms into a solid sculptural form with a smooth, refined finish. Each piece is then carefully hand painted using water-based paints.

The result is a pendant that is surprisingly durable yet lightweight.

Slight variations may occur. This is the nature of handmade products and what makes each piece unique.

Product Care

To clean, gently dust with a feather duster or wipe with a slightly dampened cloth.
